Our family vacation this year was to Holden Beach, NC. It’s a place my husband has been coming to since 1984. I still remember my first vacation with him at 16 years old to Holden Beach with my then “boyfriend.” Little did I know, we’d be coming to this same beach with our own kids 10 years later. It’s a family friendly beach, several good mom and pop restaurants to choose from, and our favorite ice cream shop and putt putt (Fantasy Isle Ice Cream and Miniature Golf).
